Two things that I will be paying careful attention to is how much momentum we have going and how the market is reacting to our price. As you will see in the first chart below, the strongest activity is in the first 3 weeks.  That is when the pool of our best buyers will show up.  In order to get the best sales price the market will allow, it is crucial that we are maximizing the pool of buyers early on and that we continue to have momentum going.  We will discuss ways to keep generating momentum and maximize our buyer pool.
